The Kanta 2 - can always add the Sopra SW1000 active subwoofer (which I have with the Electra 1008BE2's) in case you really need that subsonic bass...

Love the Focals with the grills OFF!! It’s hard to ignore how gorgeous the Sopras are. On a side note, is there any news on Dreamedia being a McIntosh dealer anytime in the near future? Keep up the great videos 👍🏻

The Kanta 2 is the best value in the entire lineup and performs extremely well compared to other 10-11k speakers. Chora is good for the price. Aria has too much competition to really stand out at it's price point. Sopra 2 was excellent @ the original $13k price but at $21k its over priced with the Kanta 3 performing almost exactly the same at just $15k, which is still rather on the high end (was amazing for the original $12k). I was debating replacing my Sf Olympica speakers with either the Kanta 2, Kanta 3, or Sopra 2. I ended up getting the Kanta 2 due to it's extremely fast and punchy, feel it in the chest, bass that they produced. The Kanta 3 is a full range speaker, producing a ton of bass that just envelops you instead of punching you, much like how a sub does. If I didn't have a Rel 212/se I would have gone with the 3s but having a sub made me go with the 2s for the punchiness. The Sopra 2s were great sounding, but they gave nothing over the Kanta 3s other then being bottom ported and easier to place (and much nicer looking). At the Sopra price point you have too many good options from Wilson, Magico, and Sonus faber.

The Focal Aria line almost doubled in price. The only thing I see thats different is the finish. That being real wood or gloss black vs vinyl. I purchased the Aria 926 a few years back for about $2200 with free shipping.

Markup must be in the region of atleast 450%...... but keep paying for your "aluminium 1 inch berilium tweeters" that apperently are worth beyond 15k 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Is this what "living the dream" means in america now?...... Duel nationality passport holders are fleecing you all dry constantly...... even infecting the air you breathe and the water you drink, even at birth you are all infected with mmr injections as a baby to dumb you down and make you all docile......... go research

Do you even know the company that is Focal? if you knew, then you would know - how advanced and prominent they make their speakers, and how good they are with technology and construction with their speaker line-ups.

What gives..... you obviously dont know the science behind what a piece of audio equipement is, yet as an installer you know every milimeter and every name of every piece of wire and its characteristics are..... thats where your passion lies..... You dont "feel" the equipement, become one with it, look and listen to zeus, and passion for sound review equipement....... they have a feel for each ones subtle neonceses...... its tones, weather its dry or wet, terms i highly dont think would ever resonate within you..... You do sell well, but theres no feeling, passion, about the product irrespective of whats said...... the most genuine statement you have said is your comment above me, where you complement the company, that can be told that it was written in all honesty, and is 100% believable..... the rest just seems false..... You will learn though through exposure, and constant listening, its very hard to become a "critical listener" and companies pay thousands to put their engineers through specialist cources... and as part of a/b testings, they normally employ music students from universities to listen and give opinions You can make a race horse do a shire horses duties, but it takes alot of training...... Im trying to help you not insult you..... it can be told that you are a great installer without a doubt, and ive seen the cisual skills you employ in "" your field """...... to jump to another field and become a specialist, you need just as much training and experiance, which clearly dosent show, hence the other guys miss trust....... and understand, that dosent mean integrity which is something completely different, but is equated to be such (that you are disingenuous) but you are not, as your an honest man....... its miss reading for some...... to see inexperience and take that for a "flim flam"....... if you interviewed me, could you tell if im an installer of home theater equipement or not?...... ofcourse you could, i mess with electrics (once certified) and H.T is a hobby, so i would know most of the terms...... but you would truly know as its your trade..... if i was or not Hence, when you speak on a subject, others listen but say nothing as most will already know the answer to a question when they ask it to judge your competence.......... People of all money and sizes like high end audio. Personally, I would lean on Focal for Hi-Fi or a very expensive home theater. Average consumer is going to go with Choras and the 100 series ceiling/wall speakers. I have walked into houses though with 100k home theaters. Not as common as Klipsch, but this is a whole level up in quality/performance.

I wonder the value of sound ??.... When i hear 1k's values of sound against another sound, that sounds virtually the same but is valued at 15k played through another speaker.... Could i tell 14k's worth of value, and the older i get, the less i will be able to tell........ If you walked past a house with its window open, could you put a dollar value at the quality of sound you are listening to, or equate dollars to clarity?.......... Just an amazing way of thinking, but "conformation bias" after a 30k spend from your bank will reassure you that you were right, and the "kings new speakers" syndrome (as in clothes) wont come into play for you personally..... what everybody else thinks is irrelevant as you were the one that spent the 30k, and if they want to keep feeding of your generosity they will have to agree with you........ now theres a paradox, what do people truly think who haven't spent that money?......

@@victorignacioflorescariman1551 Ahem, the Chora 826-D is an Atmos enabled speaker with a full range bouncing 5 inch driver. But either way, having in-ceiling speakers will always be better. Oh and also, Klipsch ain't even worthy enough to wash the ground Focal is occupying.
