A beautiful Master Class on not only optimal move timing and gameplay versus _suboptimal_ move timing and poor gameplay. And I think it's a crime and a shame that so many down at those brackets will blame some nonexistent 'algorithm' for why they're consistently stuck in the low brackets.

It’s so boring and predictable in higher elo. People only run very meta mons and there’s no variety. I challenge myself to use one spicy mon with one decent mon and maybe 1 meta. I still find good success even at veteran but when I’m running a mon with a power score in the 70s it’s tough to push expert. Legend seems stressful, I’d rather have fun and catch people sleeping with spice and diff tech.

Based on the plays and the move sets from the opponents in this video I'm going to guess these are really low elo battles 😂 Edit: Just got to the part where HomeSlice explained that these are low elo battles, respect for actually calling this out, many content creators hide elo on submissions to make spicy Pokémon look better than they actually are.

@@dacubanmofo When Giovanni was first released in November 2019, there wasnt an IV floor for the legendary that it gave. IV floor of 6 was only added in July 2020, that means any shadow legendary caught before that date can have IVs of less than 6.
