My husband has been listening in as I have you guys playing in the background while I complete chores. He has been enjoying it so much that he asked if I would wait to listen to the new episodes with him.

My advice for SAL about not beating yourself for failure think about 2 things 1. What will you tell your kid if he cried for having a hard time to do something he has been working on and he can’t seem to do it or be successful at? 2. What will you tell a customer that can’t seem to follow her meal plan according to the macros she should eat? Seem different things but the basis of them are the same concept … much love to you and hope you can achieve your purpose and be gentle and loving to yourself … you are an amazing man that has helped thousands of people so whenever you are by yourself just think someone who can not be alone is in a bad company (meaning yourself) so you are def in a great company with yourself ❤❤❤

Hey Guys, I'm a 41-year old from Australia and have been a listener for 2 months. I purchased my first MAPS product 4 weeks ago in 40PLUS and about to commence week 3 of phase 1 next week. I'm absolutely loving your content and also applying the reverse diet principles to build my metabolism - I'm already feeling stronger and more energetic while weight has stayed exactly the same so I think I'm on the right track as far as I know. Listening to you guys has opened my eyes about the importance of structured programming, the cardio myth, and the importance of prioritising strength training. I'm excited to finish 40PLUS over the next 10 weeks but keen to roll into 3 other programs for the remainder of the year as I've never trained this intentionally with load and variety. I've also joined the Private Forum last week and keen to take my health and vitality to another level this year! Thanks for the education and content you guys have provided me over the past few months and for the rest of my life :)

❤❤ As a mom of 4 one of the best things that has happened in my life is finding your podcast around March of last year. I followed the advise from this show and man I feel I have ever felt in my adult life. I will be getting my first program in March and I am beyond excited. Exercise has become my therapy and I am so in love this the journey. Keep doing all that you do you are changing so many lives.❤❤❤❤

I’ve been listening for 3 years and Sal, your transparency and honesty is something that takes my respect for you guys to an entirely different level. I do understand the appearance of “having it all together” but having this struggle. A tea leaf seems so harmless until you realize what you’re avoiding feeling by consuming it. You didn’t have any obligation to share this, but i have so much appreciation that you did, and I really hope you continue to share your journey.

I’ve been listening since 2016 and I have learned so much over the years personally and as a trainer. The value you guys bring is top notch! I started at 315lb and lost 150lb by training and diet. However I’m the classic story of go hard or go home. I got myself into the routine of long lifting sessions, crazy amounts of cardio and low calorie low carb diet. Now I gained 60lb over covid. To break the cycle I’m running anabolic and trusting the process. Focusing on that for now and then hoping to run something else after. It’s been a wild journey but I’m on the road to doing it right so I’m strong and increasing my mobility 💪🏻

Sal, your break back to the vape is no different than me changing my diet. Sometimes, I go out for pizza and have a beer. But next day, I’m back to Whole Foods and protein. It’s the same with your weed “addiction”. You are learning the triggers you have and that will ultimately help you in getting back on track. I appreciate your honesty in sharing. Part of why I love Mind Pump!

I have been watching since July of 2022. I started using your programs in August of 2022 and have worked through Anabolic, Performance, Symmetry, MAPS 15, and Aesthetic and just finished the first week of Powerlift. I also just added sprinting 3x/wk. I eat 150g of protein per day. I have chronic health issues but I’m trying to live how I want to live and not let my health dictate things too much. I’m turning 40 this year and am striving to be healthier this coming decade versus my thirties.

Totally agree to focus more on technique of the lift. With that mindset, going to training session was more fun and became the best time of the day. The focus not only to finish the reps and set. 🙏

After watching you guys for 2 years I saw the benefit of doing lower weights and focus on posture . But since I gave birth 3 months ago my posture in general sucks at the moment and when I work out it’s more noticeable,I had 3 natural births and now my 4th was a C-section and I feel like I am only focusing on posture thanks to you guys 😂😅 But I am seeing a lot more progress now .

For the lady asking the question @ 01:00:04 - I am 46 yrs old and I stretch both in the AM and PM, it’s a must for flexibility and range of motion. I also prefer strength over being crazy thin. It’s the most beneficial. I took Retirement claims for over 16 yrs with SSA, the public lacks muscle. 🤷🏻‍♀️

These guys are so smart. They cut through all the BS. They analyze and then can explain why all these different studies and methods of training work. They don't get hung up on the lifting or nutritional politics. My take away, if done correctly it all has value.

My favorite Stephen Hawking being so far was a brief quote from that Billy Benassi song Satisfaction and of course they put it in quotations and said it was Stephen Hawking and had a picture of him in his chair😂😂😂 Regardless, if you think of a knot and you have lace, just imagine one little part of that lace in the shape of the knuckle of a knot and it's a bow wrapped around a box the size of the Empire State building, that little piece of lace fabric I mentioned earlier is basically the size of the lisst. They've been shushin it for what 6-7 years and what was brought out into the public (there were leaks in between these years) is just a whiff of a taste of the kult krap that's been going on

Even walking properly which is full pad is a skill, so much so that I've even had a guy tell me he wish he could walk like me. Of course a nice body is always a great by-product of a more natural and healthy lifestyle but my goals always point towards performance
