This my FIRST TIME commenting on a video but really needed this! I’ve been going thru a lot lately! I’ve recently made a bad decision do to me over thinking 💭 I’ve been hurt alot as a child n really have bad trust issues! I hate to looked embarrassed In a relationship! I’m fed up with my way of overthinking and puttting my time and energy in my thoughts of some happening to someone I love with people I know and don’t trust as much no more and maybe I am overthinking but now I just want to keep those thoughts out my head now I wanna just live life and not think of some I can’t control!!! This video help me out tonight no lie been a week since I’ve stop drinking and popping pills but now I’m just working on my mind even tho I’ve been off alcohol and drug I still find myself in a dark place in my head…

A childhood filled with trauma exhausts your strength and then you have no will to succeed but only to survive. Too many bad things happen and then you just wish you were gone. Somebody have purpose in job, somebody in children, somobedy in wife/hausband. After these years I don't know what is normal life because I was sexualy abuse from 5 to 12 y old. Lose soul... :(.
