Financial peace isn't the acquisition of stuff. It's learning to live on less than you make, so you can give money back and have money to invest. You can't win until you do this

I thank myself for never giving up even when it was very hard I kept pushing through until I made it out. My advice is that If you do your own investing, have you ever thought whether you should turn things over to a financial advisor? If you have significant assets, you have probably felt anxiety when making choices with your money. Perhaps you sensed that you might make better investing decisions if you knew just a little more and could invest without emotion. If this is the case, consulting a financial advisor makes perfect sense.

You’re right! Working with a financial advisor will genuinely set you up for success in life. I’m delighted I was able to hire a financial advisor named John Desmond Heppolette, earlier this year. Because while others were grumbling about the downturn in the markets due to the state of the economy, I was busy learning from him and eventually made over seven figures in the first quarter alone.

John Desmond Heppolette has been a significant step in my financial life journey, providing valuable knowledge, actionable advice, and motivational content. I've come to realize that the key to amassing wealth lies in making sound investments. I purchased my first home at the age of 21 for $87,000 and sold it for $197,000. My second home, acquired for $170,000, was later sold for $320,000, and my third property, purchased at $300,000, fetched $589,000, with buyers covering all closing costs and expenses. Not reaching a million before retirement feels like an unfulfilled goal._.

I disagree with putting work above spouse and children like that. Of course you have to provide but a real man can balance his time. I’ve never heard anyone on their deathbed regretting they didn’t spend more time working and less time with their loved ones. Bust your butt for a couple years maybe, at most, but don’t always put off family.

Totally agree. Selfish assholes end up alone. Some rich, but most also alone. People will remember you for your actions and who you were as a person that affected their life, not your money. Don't buy into this bullshit. It's all about balance. For the super successful it's mostly luck and they don't even know they are not liked or wanted, even by their family.

Whoever is reading this, I wanted to say I hope you have a great day and that God loves you so much that he sent his son, Jesus, to die on a cross for your sins and he rose again from the dead three days later. God Bless! ✝️🙏🏼⛪️ And also, He doesn’t want you to go to Hell but he wants you to go to Heaven with him but you have to be Saved. How do I get Saved you might ask? Here are the steps below on how to get Saved! 1. Confess to Jesus that you are a sinner and ask forgiveness for your sins. 2. Believe that God sent His Son (Jesus) to die on a cross for your sins and that he rose again from the dead 3 days later. 3. Ask Jesus to come into your heart and your life and for him to be your Lord and Savior forever. 4. Build a Personal Relationship with Jesus by Praying and Reading the Bible daily and Live for Him Forever. I’m Praying for you and you are loved!!

Remarkable person reading this.. It’s going to get better; all it is a season of opportunity to grow and be better than before. Challenging times are meant to strengthen us, not to break us. Success doesn’t define to what happened to us; it is how we choose to deal with our circumstances. The more you grow and develop as an incredible person as you are, the more things will change for the better. Forgive more (for you), be grateful for even the smallest things (we have it way better than someone else), choose love over ego, choose humility over ego (humility is strength), and finally, invest into new skills so that your future self will thank you. Our lives will change forever the more we grow. Be thankful for the challenges for we know something greater is coming. Love you always - Nathalie ✨❤️

I’m 59 next week and I don’t really care but I use to. I worked hard all my life and helped save thousands of people but now I’m trying to figure out why I no longer care and I’m literally failing by doing nothing when I know I should be doing something. How do you care when you no longer care because you see how unimportant the human world really is? Find something or someone you’re passionate about and hold onto that passion as long as you can. It’s hard to get it back once it’s gone. Hopefully not impossible. For the young people who are confused with who you are …. You can’t live your life just on things that make you “feel good”. You’re NOT born desiring drugs or tobacco or weed (poisons) or sexual relationships. You develop desires as you grow and all desires are NOT good. Some desires destroy life and others bring life. You have to work hard physically and mentally and you have to make good choices which includes saying NO to the wrong things that “feel good” while killing you. Humanity Requires a man and a woman to have children to continue the human race. There is no other good or correct choice to continue the human race… Period You can choose to live whatever way you want but that doesn’t make every choice right.

The hard truth is too many of us had crappy parents. I had my son at 18 and said I would do the opposite of what my parents did. I put my son before my needs and when he turned 18 he was the most well adjusted, brilliant, level headed person I ever met. I wasn’t perfect by any measure because I was raised by terrible parents but it was enough. He’s 31 and very successful.

My dad has blown through his life savings which at one point was about a million dollars. He's in bad health and I've been thinking about lately about how a lot of my friends are starting to inherit a lot of money, and I know I won't get anything. He gave it all away to people who took advantage of him over a lot of years and now he's broke as a joke. As bitter as I could be, I'm pretty sure I'm worth more now because I knew I could never count on him leaving me anything.

I always planned to make my own way, and I take very good care of my own children. No need to feel entitled to something I'll never need. But you'd have to know how he blew through it to understand. It's a pretty crazy story. It's probably mostly bothered me lately because of HOW he lost all his money, not that he lost it. He literally might as well have just set it all on fire.

We grow great by dreams. All big men are dreamers. They see things in the soft haze of a spring day or in the red fire of a long winter’s evening. I have the upmost respect for this man, but I would like to hear answers to some of my questions. I know that athletic ability doesn’t equate to mental, but I would like to ask Dan Peña that if he put all his energy in dunking a basketball on a 10 ft. Rim could be do it? Also, people have different strengths and weaknesses and I want to see whom he has transformed from nothing to something. His mantra is great if you just care about money and social situates, but as a father I think there is so so much more. You never see armored cars in funeral processions and death is the great equalizer so after your done you will be soon forgotten and the only thing that gives one immortality is how their sons and daughters carry on their parents legacy to their children and their childrens children and on and on and one for eternity. My relationship with my son is to inspire him and show him the value he has and how he can change the world in a positive way. I spend a lot of time playing sports, playing videos games, doing kids stuff with him and that may not translate in dollar bills for me, but it translates in love and reassurance that he can do anything. Once again I respect this man and one of my favorite lines of his “what would you do if someone spits in your wife’s face… I would be in jail for murder” lol

I believe so... family is central to any Man. Once yo are gone your Star should remain shinning in your children glowing day and night just to remind them about your love and sacrifice you made for them and this greatly depends on you passing a good baton to them in character and discipline that you had instilled in them too... that's my take but Dan Peña you are Excellent.

I'm so happy every day that I stuck to what's real in my life. Family, Friends and relationships. Not sleeping in my office so I can drive a nicer car and have a larger house. It's all crap. Just a way to make yourself seem relevant to those who care nothing about you.

AS A WOMAN, I HAVE DONE WAY MORE THAN MANY MALES ARE WILLING TO SACRIFICE AND DO. I HAVE MOWED A LAWN THAT IS MORE THAN 4 ACRES BIG. I HAVE DONE THAT OVER AND OVER AGAIN EVEN IN THE HOTTEST OF DAYS. I HAVE SLEPT IN MY OFFICE MANY NIGHTS AND GET UP THE NEXT MORNING AND GET BACK TO WORK. SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO WORK 24HRS ROUND THE CLOCK AND SOME MORE. SUNDAYS WORK ALL DAY. I CAN KEEP GOING. AND THEN PEOPLE HATE ON ME FOR WHAT I HAVE? IF THEY ONLY KNEW EVERYTHING I DID
