I been thinking hard on improving my top end and getting well into the 500whp range getting as close to 600whp as I can. This video helped me a ton! G series turbo most likely my choice. With E50

With the XDI fuel pump and fuel injector upgrade needs a tune. I am currently tuned by Pandamotorworks. I want to make the drive to Colorado for you to install those parts, can you redo the tune or does it have to be by Panda still?

Hey Alan I really enjoy watching your videos. I'm new to the st world and I bought a 2013 modified and tuned by iinjen I'm having engine problems as far as fuel pump. I'd love to get with you for your knowledge in tuning my st correctly and safely. Thank you.

I installed the fuel rail with 4 injectors and the controller, downpipe, racing cluth and bigger intercooler was tuned abd running on E85 fuel, drove for like 5k miles (st 16. 75k miles) and, disaster, my engine blow making a big hole front and back of the block, ordered a new block ( without the fail of the old model block) looking forward to upgraded metals in the block upgrading the turbo hoping to be close to 500hp and the engine to be safe.

I'm trying to figure out if I want to try and make an auxiliary fuel kit for my 2013 3.5 ecoboost. What is the down side to the auxiliary fuel system? My main concern is with the stock PCM. When the aux injectors are on and adding fuel to the engine. How does the stock computer respond? I would imagine it would see the air/fuel go richer then it could command from the fuel system that it knows it has. Since its seeing the A/F go richer than it can command. Wouldn't the fuel trims start to show the PCM trying to take fuel away because it thinks there is a problem? In that case if there is ever a problem with the aux fuel system and it does not supply the extra fuel needed then the A/F would go lean and cause engine damage? Or is the aux fuel controller tied into the factory PCM by the CAN?

Great videos... you've never mentioned intercooler upgrades. Can you please let us know what hp limit we could expect from a stock turbo with upgraded intercooler set-up.

Good point and he made over 350rwhp on 91 octane without upgrading intercooler.

Great video, I’m interested in buying a bigger turbo, but don’t want to upgrade the fuel system I just want to make up to 400 to 450 hp I’m in New Mexico what do you recommended also I will be going there you for the tune will be upgrading the inner cooler cold air intake will be buying Cobb access port tuner I will be going all this in march

Adding to and upgrading your fuel system will be REQUIRED to reach ~450hp. That said, a turbo like the G25-550 will be a great option for that power goal.

Hi. I have ordered a 6758 kit for my ST. We don't have ethanol available and I don't want to tinker with WMI so most probably the car will be running 93 octane all the time. As far as I understand with stock fuel system I will be limited somewhere at ~350 WHP. Does it make any sense to get an XDI fuel pump to get extra 20-30 WHP? The other option I consider is to switch to 6258 because it can also reach the 350 WHP mark but spool earlier. Thank you in advance!

Idk why that HPFP and injectors they say have no gains on the PFL 13-14

I plan on going 6758 and 4 port injection. What would you recommend for building the motor? If my goal is to get as close as possible to 450whp. Also would you recommend 2port injection for that power as there's 2 less injectors to possibly fail

Hey Kylie, thanks for the question. 2 port would definitely get you as far as that turbo could take you. It got us there with a EFR7163 on our ST. The 6758 would be pushing a little harder than we did ours but I believe it should get there, especially if you're using an ethanol blend. For building the motor, that sounds like a simple H beam and stock style forged piston combo would do the trick. No need to go higher compression or do any head building to rev the motor super high. If it's a street car, check into 4032 pistons as they tend to be better for a street application than the 2618 pistons (referring to the alloy of the piston). But you can't go wrong with either. We like Manley rods and pistons. Mahle makes good pistons too. You can combine those if you want. There are some other good options but that's what I'd do if I was building. BTW, I wouldn't look at 4 injectors as 2 more possible failure points. Not necessary to look at it that way if you get a good set of injectors like Injector Dynamics. That's what we like to run but there are some other good brands out there.

We currently only dyno tune cars in house. But we do not install or fabricate.
