Here is a good basic recipe for sausage troganoff:
Rice for 4 portions (about 2.5dl)
400 g shredded fallow sausage
Sauce:
2.5 dl of cream, or cooking layer cream
1 DL of milk
3-4 tablespoons tomato puree
1 / 2-1 tablespoon Fund, preferably calf.
1/2 tbsp Japanese soy
1 tbsp Paprika powder (mild)
Onion powder, salt and white pepper (black pepper also works well)
Start by boiling the water for the rice and rinse the rice carefully.
While the water is heating up, you can prepare the sauce.
Whisk together all the ingredients in a bowl and taste to match your taste.
When the water boils pour the rice down and let it boil. Then lower the heat to low and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
Sometimes we make the sauce (stroganoffen).
Cut the sausage into slices and then make rods out of these.
Fry them on medium heat in a frying pan.
When you are satisfied with the roasting surface, pour over the sauce and allow it to boil so that it thickens.
Now lower the heat and let it simmer until the rice is ready and ready to serve.
