I have recently started Fodder School 1 and I LOVE it! I am still on the first month. Have made lots of botanical fodder and will start making my fodder keeper in a couple of days. I strongly recommend Fodder School to ANYONE. I am a complete beginner with a little bit of hobby craft background, but people with lots of background will also love this as you get fresh ideas on how to take your art to the next level. I am definitely going to do Fodder school 2 as well later.

Okay, I’m hopping! 🐥 And having fun. Everyone has done wonders with their assignments. I enjoyed seeing how pieces are alike but totally different. Your school book is a great idea. I love it! Actually, beyond the class assignments, participants added their own helps, including your school book and a ring of mark-making ideas. Your mm art is terrific. It’s bold and beautiful. I just love how you organized your FS notebook. Your note book is an art piece in itself.! I am impressed with how you must organize your time to get so much accomplished!! Wow, wow, wow❤️. This is such an amazing school! While I am a beginner, my goal is to ask for FS 1 for Christmas NEXT year! I will be practicing different fodder techniques and mediums this year to be ready! A question I have is what kind of sewing machine do you use on pages? My concern would be the needles getting ‘ gunked’ up by adhesives…? So much to learn, but that is the challenge! I’m SO looking forward to getting started‼️. Thank you so much for sharing your artistic talents and the gems you’ve created❣️

The sewing is always optional and alternatives are suggested. The reason you see so much sewing in my work is because i love the combination of paper and thread and so I use it a lot. Not everyone does or cares!

Willow which year and month, and who taught it, was the bugs? So far, my favorites that I’m seeing are the bugs, flowers, rainbows, mushrooms, and anything nature. I’ve been watching as many ‘hops’ as I could, and yours has the best and most bugs. I just found all of this last night and and I’m looking forward to trying the next Fodder School.

I love all of the work you made!!! Am I the only one that hates this word "fodder" 😂 It literally mean, "Fodder includes hay, straw, silage, compressed and pelleted feeds, oils and mixed rations, and sprouted grains and legumes (such as bean sprouts, fresh malt, or spent malt). Most animal feed is from plants, but some manufacturers add ingredients to processed feeds that are of animal origin."
