It makes me so happy to see inscryption getting as popular as it has, it deserves it, I remember back when I first saw a video on the gameplay prototype of it(sacrifices must be made) and thought "whoah this seems cool" then the games demo came out and i played it probably 50 or more times, and preordered the game, one of my top favorite games of all time

10:11 holy shit he included Blue Fire there what, I didn't think many people knew about that game lol. I just recently picked it up and 130%'d it and loved the journey. The platforming in that game is just top-notch with some really fun to conquer challenges. It's so cool it was actually mentioned even tho it was only mentioned in the video editing and not necessarily talked about or mentioned by voice. Still love to see it, it might be up there on my own 2021 list of stuff I played and loved.

The Binding Of Isaac: Repentance (especially) and Inscryption (probably) will always be my favorite games of all time because they have so much potential and opportunities for mod creators (huge thanks to the very creative TBOI community). Repentance is not just a DLC, it's a different game. The new, fresh, and truly hardcore Isaac with tons and tons of new content for everlasting fun, maybe one of the best birthday gifts for me. And this final ending, bro, always touches me to "crocodile tears". More than 3 years were totally worth the wait. I didn't even play Inscryption and I'm so glad that finally, someone put it on the peak. I was just watching avidly all new Hutts' walkthrough series of Inscryption when I first got to know this game. I guess Inscryption is not only the best card game but also a great atmospheric, story with very charming characters. OST of this game is a separate topic. Now I can't wait for Atomic Heart, the really intriguing project as Repentance and Inscryption. Thank you for your great content and all the best to you all! ☀️

Glad to see you have fun this year and really glad you gave these underrated/underappreciate titles a recognition. Speaking of which, I'd like to recommend you another underrated one. Idk if you have heard of it since I'm just subbed in late 2021. The game called: One-Shot an indie puzzle adventure game. It's an rpg maker that doesn't have a combat system and focus on the stories and world building. The most unique aspect of the game is how it break the 4th wall and playing mind games with the player(which count as entirely separated character from the game's protagonist) every now and then it'll pull out tricks that sometimes goes beyond than just messing with your game files, something like changing your PC wallpaper. So I hope you'd be interested in this one cuz if you like the story of Undertale or Deltarune, you'll love this one to its bitter end. Last things last, if you think you've reached the ending. Check the game files to see if it was really the end.

Not a 2021 game but I played OneShot for the first time, and I think it's a god damn masterpiece, bawled my eyes out when I finished it. Also not a 2021 game and still in early access, Secrets of Grindea is great fun, decent story too and charming characters. Warzone: Vanguard is fun too but only because of the planes, the rest of the game is just another reskin but mowing down ants in the planes is so good.
