Just look down against fogborn and run smart and they will struggle to kill you, against exe while he is more map reliant, he can deny routes and create dead ends to secure kills

Looking down doesn’t work on fogborn, it depends on the direction you’re facing (i.e) hes infront of you and you look down

it genuinely doesn't. Looking at the floor while hearing whistles will save your life. It doesn't matter which direction you are looking. It depends on where your camera is, and for fogborn. Just do NOT stay near groups because he is the exact opposite of mimic, if you are in a group someone will look at fogborn believe it or not then the fogborn may go for you, hearing wind sounds will mean that fogborn is near you invisible, if he ever does go out of thunder warp regenerate some stamina as he gets endlag getting out of thunderwarp, never run while he is still warped because if you run out of stamina he will easily kill you. As an exe main myself. I must say he is pretty map reliant. Does bad in big wide open maps and cannot participate such well in long chases. He is the trapper kind. He also is a nerfed exe, people say he requires skill because he's map dependent. And map dependent with trapper doesn't go well, for example. Getting fnaf 3 map is the best map for exe. Drainage and TJOC are probably the worst.

Im a main Fogborn, and I think the Fogborn is slightly more worth it. Looking down will not always work, Fogborn is very silent, especially with a tech, and he is pretty fast. Also, something that Fogborn users should always do, is that when you are chasing someone and have thunder warp ready, DONT go and spawn in front of your victim (unless they have low stamina or even dont having stamina) instead, go to a corner they may go, and you can attack or use foggy stares, is your decision Overall, Fogborn needs to be very sneaky and strategic to win a match (Exe is still worth it btw)

Yeah his reputation of being a weak monster mostly comes from people that don't understand not all killers are made to sustain long chases. I'd say Fogborn is the perfect example of an ambush/stalker monster.

As a certified level 26 fogbron main he is atleast 1 way better in every stat compared to exe if you know how to use fogborn right then he could easily make a server wipe in any map

Take it from me a Diamond tier fogborn. He is based on trickery, flanking, and stalking from far. And plus you can learn more than 7 tricks that you can use to catch people. And plus you don't glow in the darkness with the watcher skin.

Fogborn, has someone who used to main Fogborn but moved on to Nilo, since his rework/nerf, he is just better in everyways, even if he's easy to avoid due to Foggy Stare he still better than EXE, IMO I don't like EXE due to him very easily loopable and not being very fast on chase

Exe is better though. If there’s loopers. For example. Mansion. You know that corner that has a door and then a hallway. Just place 3 - 4 traps down. Then run the other way and and it’s impossible for them to camp. Foghorn is good. But skilled exe players are just better.

@@Moon-light848 If a player who has an actual functioning brain who know how to counter EXE, are gonna destroy his traps and avoid his traps at all cost, not to mention that he is kind of slow in chase and struggles a lot catching up to survivors. While Fogborn imo is just better at catching survivors due to him being able to teleport around the map, being faster than the survivor, foggy stare makes him more faster, although he has endlag when he attacks I will say that. Overall Fogborn is a little better than Exe

@@PCX5301 your right. Totally. But what makes exe so special is that his trap has a 5 second cooldown, and placing down traps on hallways and doors, objectives, and items will help during a chase. And that makes him really good. Honestly they’re both really good but imo exe is just better. I’m not tryna start anything, so your opinion is valid to. Ppl have different opinions and I don’t rlly care what they are. Unless their shit. And that last player is just easy. If you have enough time. 1 minute - 30 seconds. And they’re camping. Place traps on every hallway, (and door) block every path they’re able to go to. And just like that. Easy win.

Fogborn isn’t made for new players plus he can be very op if used right Exe on the other hand relies on traps most of the times and he is very map dependant

@@mr.nobody9563Fogborn and Both EXE Rely on map, Fogborn has Stamina problems (which I can understand why), and EXE has speed problems. Fogborn relies on Foggy stare to actually end up killing a player, and EXE relies on his traps. but if your a good player for both and know how to play then it really doesn’t matter.

@@anordinaryxmascory not really fogborn can still kill players without using his foggy stare in all maps unless it’s someone using a stephano or a guy who KNOWS how to counter him correctly,it’s all about playing smart with him that’s the key when it comes to playing fogborn although I can’t really judge when it comes to exe since i really never played him that much but he can also be really good if someone knows where to place the traps (which i guess you were correct at the last part that you said)

But fogborn will struggle a lot more than exe on the last few skilled players. As exe is less map reliant than people say. He still is just overall better in most situations.

Looping him in the fnaf map is so easy. Run then he will lose stamina. Walk. He will teleport to you but will give you time to run again. Due to the endlag and repeat and congratulations you just looped a fogborn!@@S.R6
