I remember Savoy Brown and was disappointed when Roger, Dave and Tony left Savoy Brown. Then I heard the first album by Foghat and have been a huge loyal fan ever since. Roger has always been one of my favorite drummers and for him keeping the name and the music going on is awesome. They were always great live with the originals and they’re still great. I’m sure Dave and Rod are smiling knowing their music is still going strong.

This band rocks live. I was doing parrot shows at the Island County fair, Whidbey Island, WA in the early '90s when they came back on tour and Rodger Earl sat with one of my cockatoos in our in our little "break room", then said "Well I guess it is time to beat on some drums." He got up and they went on stage and did an awesome show. I saw them at a couple more fairs later on. After Lonesome Dave died I saw them again at the Southwest Washington Fair in Chehalis, WA. Rodger Earl was the only original band member I think. They played a lot of music I had not heard before but wow was it great music. They just rocked. I think they were selling Foghat Live 2 then. One of the best live bands I have ever seen.

Fantastic! What great entertainment. We need more stuff like this. I remember when I was 10 Fool for the city was the first album I bought at K-mart in Michigan.. It was heart warming to see the music I loved was made by such nice down to earth people. ❤️

Love Foghat. Had the pleasure of meeting Roger and the band a few times after concerts on Long Island in the early 2000s. This band got me through my Chartered Accountancy exams back in the late 80s and early 90s. Fantastic musicians and great people. Keep on rockin’ Rog!

Great interview with Roger and Linda. I met them when FOGHAT played Anna Maria recently. They are good friends with John Rose who got me on the guest list Evangelist Roger Mansour former Leslie West Vagrants Drummer

Foghat is now it's own tribute band. Only the drums are original.

Tribute yes, and lousy at best. Roger💩🤡 has f*cked everything, but his time is limited, and Foghats' legacy can be remembered for Dave/Price🤩!!

Had an unfortunate misunderstanding about of all things Foghat tshirts with the Earls and I must say it was right up there with my divorce and struggles with my business in "couldn't get it right"disappointment but this interview showed me as I knew before what salt of the earth people they are...I'll be standing by and sorry for the mistep !

I agree completely. I LOVED Lonesome Dave. His spirit permeated this band and was not ever matched in any way. Rod Price was massive also.😢

Linda Arcello-Earl, band manager🤪? But really, who cares anymore?! Foghat🤩 isn't Foghat anymore, and Roger only got the name outa default. Sure he's a founding member, but he was not an integral part of the sound. What he and his wife have done with Foghat now is Pathetic🤨🤑!! RIP Dave😍, Rod😍🙏
