Hello Hai, I would love to repeat your so interesting genius creature... finally :-). Could you, pls, tell me if you would consider this dish as appetizer, main course or dessert. Sorry, for such a stupid question, just confused a little bit. First, thought that this is an interesting interpretation of chawanmushi but watching this video for a few times start to questioning myself :-).

Either appetizer or dessert works, all depends on your preference. If appetizer then put a bit more salt in the custard, if dessert then put more sugar in
