Hi Gunnar, thank you for your super reviews! Very helpfull for me and I think for a lot of people. My wife and me are going to use the 940 and the 945 in low to mid wind conditions. Do you have an advice which wing is a good choice for stronger wind conditions, let's say more than 28 knots, typical conditions like in Tarifa? Thank you very much and best regards Thomas

The 940 is the wing for higher winds out of those two. It should be good even in 28 knots plus. If you want something smaller there is always the W1000 or W800 but these count as advance fast wings.

@@GunnarBiniasch OK, we've foiled the w940 in strong condition > 30 knots and it works surprisingly good. The wind range is amazing. Do you think to have less lift in very choppy conditions it is a good idea to use the w800 or even the w740. The shape of the w740 looks very good too and similar to the w940 so I can imagine the charastaristik could be the same. Do you ever tried the w740 and do you have an advice? Thank you very much for all your tips!

@@thomasleprich2797 Hi Thomas. Having less lift is usually easier to handle in coppy conditons as the foil will rise less aggressivly with changes in speed and waterflow. You are asking about the 800 and 740, but these wings produce a lot of lift as they are high performance wings. That makes me question if you are really asking about lift, or more about stall speed.

Thanks for posting, glad you're still reviewing sab/moses. After this review I think I'm better off with the 950 and eventually the 1000 for winging in open swell and flats. Have you tried the 370 with the 950? If so which do you prefer with the 950, the 370 or 400? I find the 483 a bit too stable in high winds.

Hi Sabrinha, Thanks for you support. I still prefer the 483 for most light wind riding with the 950 as I mainly do Freestyle with it in those conditions. If I want more speed and agility I use the 370.

Hi Gunnar. For kiting, how do you thing its lowend would be compared to the 633, and do you think it would lose a lot in terms of turning? You mentioned it's not a good pumper at low speeds, but is it a good pumper when depowered at kiting speeds in small windswell?

You can actually turn it more agressivly and tighter than the 633 when using the 700HS Fuselage and 370 Stabilizer. It pumps fine as long as you carry good speed, so it will work well for what you want to do

Hi @@GunnarBiniasch , I’m thinking of getting this 940 as a cross over kite (light wind) and high wind wing (22kn up to 40kn) setup @ 105kg in lake swell. Maybe pairing it with a 399. It should work shouldn’t it ?

@@aniva7965 i did a long time ago. I think I tried it with a pocket board and I found it was too much for the board and hard to get some good leverage over its span. Bigger and wider board would probably work much better

Hi . It's not great for winging unless you are very light and are using a very small foil. It is too flexible for winging with bigger foils and heavier guys and girls .

Hi Mark. Yes I have. The new mast is very stiff and works a lot better for winging than the 91. It is heavier than the 91 though.

@@markostrovskiy9246 there is no big difference when is comes to feel abd performance that I can tell. You get a bit more pop when jumping and you can heel the foil over more which is to be expected from a longer mast. But stiffness is the same as the 82, so it still feels the same. The 92 has a new plate shape that is mote streamlined.
