It is a decent longterm tent, and I am sure the larger size, functioning door (not just droopy cloth and zipper) and the rigid, raised flooring make it much more livable. But….it is basically another tent on a platform….a nice one and useful, but not an “emergency housing system” or “innovative, finally we have a solution” as the vibe in the commercial suggests.

Most of the people that would need to live in something like that come from a very natural living situation. How sterile to move into a computer chip. These units probably offer techno music in place of their natural instruments.
