Can you do a video on how to properly change the back tire? I just want to do it right , I'm not that mechanically inclined I know it sounds silly but if you can do a video on how to take the back tire off properly it would helped me immensely.

Does the tube that you put the handlebar stem into have splines on it? I can't get my handlebars to tighten enough. The handlebars will turn but the tires stay still....even when I have the allen head bolt super tight. So frustrating.

You don't mention the Heybike App so maybe they got rid of that. The Mars 2.0 bought last year had defects on the rack, seat, folding stem & the front wheel bearings were damaged. Then the eBike controller went dead & Heybike refuses to discuss &/or correct the warranty defects in workmanship & quality.

It does not go 45-50 mi range. It is a Class 2 bike (max 20 mile an hour) (by state law). Do not let that Chinese made odometer cheat you. This bike manufactured out of the factory didnt finish the enginnering on this bike. This big has all the hardware necessary to be a 28 mph bike they just didn't finish updating the firmware on and installing and manufacturing the proper controller to get maximum miles per hour per range per miles. These Mars bike are nothing but cool prototypes 😂. Thanks China I will be sending mine back.

⁠@@AzraelPercussionNEOMine just came in about 3 days ago , Riding around ever since , Best ebike i’ve got for the money , It does go up to 45 miles although i was able to get 40 out of it and then had to pedal back home but no biggie a workout is good and i’ve went 32mph as i had my buddy drive next to me to really see the speed and yes 32 mph so idk

Mine broke down within a month. Dealing with heybike customer service is a nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend this bike.
