How does this model compare to the Tern S27h touring bike, in terms of gears, lights, and amount of weight it can carry? Does the SRAM internal-gear hub develop the kind of "baby rattle" rattling noise that the Sturmey-Archer internal-gear hub sometimes seems to do?

where can i buy this and how much? i want to tour Europe in February 2016 and had the idea of going on a folding bike. and this would be perfect. i just hope its in my price range.
