Sorry buddy I had to give you a thumbs down on that one cuz you didn't explain I have a E90 2010 My back seats don't look like yours I thought you mean like retrofit you can remove it and add different seatings so it'll go down you could have gotten your retro fitted from an E46 so your video was not helpful sorry bud couple other things that I've seen what you've done was good but not this one

Your car already has foldable rear seats in this video, so this was not really a retrofit but only the installation of the releasing switch. Too bad, I hoped for the actual conversion of a fixed to a foldable rear seat.. I still have it too. A lot of work to remove when transporting something large at the moment.

I have the fixed bench panel as well so need to change the rear seats to be able to do this

Exactly. The door and the actual solid seat in my car keep them from being foldable. It would be nice to see how to retrofit. It's annoying when you have work on things.
