I saw Damien Rice in Edinburgh and the guy is incredible. He held the stage, alone, for over two hours and only added some looping effects to build out his sound towards a finale. A proper, talented, songwriter and performer.

Late to the party.... however, this is truly beautiful. For those that were present it must have been a life affirming evening. I've seen Damien perform that track 3 - 4 times and each is spellbinding, he is up there as one of the best performers I've seen. Nice choice by Erlend oye. I find the lyrics by the Moore brothers to be beautiful, but their voices to be rather monotone. Adding delicate vocals like his makes this just beautiful. This is also my favourite version of la professor and filles danse. Better than the original. The added French lyrics are just amazing.
