At 1:00 is the village of Locronan. One of the nicest of Brittany. The bakery directly at the left of the church makes the best Kouign-amann of Brittany.

It seems to be Locronan, Brittany. Reverse image search found other places that used the stock photo, and some googling of the name looks like it's got the same architecture.
