Hola, como le hacen para cuidar sus rodillas, yo practico danza folklorica en un pequeño grupo de mujeres mayores, en alguna colonia de la ciudad de Mexico , pero ya no puedo hacer bien los pasos por que me duelen las rodillas, te agradeseria algun consejo.

anyer garcia saludos desde Los Angeles. Le sugiero que no ensaye en concreto o en pisos no elevados. Tampoco le pegue fuerte al piso. Envuelva sus rodillas con algo para que tenga más soporte.
