What are Fist Grips???

My hand-carved wooden fists make good risers, grips, and video cage handles. You can get it by making one yourself.

Thank you so much! I made the finish myself. It’s equal parts beeswax, linseed oil, and mineral spirits. The beeswax helps preserve a degree of grip on the wood I think.
