I workout with bands for about 30 mins and about an hour training basketball in the court, everyday. 🙂

Yes, there’s a couple things that you can do. Use a staggered stance with your strong legs back in your weak leg forward. Start working on your abdominals and this will give you more stability but until then go lighter with higher reps.

I have a question, perhaps Discipline Dave can answer. I have never had it answered yet. Perhaps Mrs. Discipline Dave, child though she is, might have researched this already, for "someday". The question is, bands might be able to replace weights for muscle training, but what about for older women's bone density? I know weights are good for that, but I can't seem to get anyone to say bands can replace them for that particular issue.
