The headaches of not having caffeine are typical withdrawal symptoms. If you manage to keep a while wihtout caffeine or at least decrease intake, the headaches will go away. I used to drink like 8 to 10 cups of coffee a day, but after having some ill effects on my attentioon and stomach, I decreased intake and now I'm down to 2 to 3 cups, and still manage. You can do it! I'm sure all of swamp family will cheer you on, if you decide to cut back on espresso.
