No, your cells just lose a little bit of the information that makes you yourself at each division. Each time they divide, you lose a little bit of that encryption "code". Aka aging. The dying cells are often pre-programmed to do so to let place to newer, more effective cells to grow. In another case, cells can commit suicide in order to let the host (you) live disease-free (the body tells the cell to commit suicide) and in another case your immune system may attack that particular cell to kill it. In all cases, you're not dying every second, you're transforming
