Zum Thema Allergie: mir ist aufgefallen, dass Du Dir 2 mal in die Haare gefasst hast, während Du über die Allergie geredet hast. Du hast langes und volles Haar, da kann sich einiges an Pollen sammeln. Wenn Du dir dann ins Gesicht fasst, dann hast Du die dann in den Atemwegen über Mund oder Nase oder in den Augen. Ich achte in der Allergiezeit darauf und ich finde, es hat mir etwas geholfen. Ich weiß allerdings auch, dass es nicht ganz einfach ist, auf so unbewusste Handgriffe zu achten. Ich drück die Daumen, dass es dieses Jahr nicht so heftig wird.

Das ist einfach der Sportplatz in Merzig ( 0:00 - 1:44 min ).🤯 Da habe ich Mittwochs immer von der Schule aus Sport und Dienstags und Donnerstags immer Leichtathletik AG, obwohl ich hobbymäßig gar kein Leichtathletik mache.😂 Wir trainieren für Jugend trainiert für Olympia & Paralympics. Ich muss aber sagen, es macht echt richtig viel Spaß. Es ist eine wirklich tolle Sportart!!! Ich wünsche dir viel Erfolg für die nächsten Läufe und Wettkämpfe.🍀 Du rockst das!!!💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

goldstandard therapie bei allergie wäre eig augentropfen (antihistaminikum, lokal) und nasenspray (glococorticoid oder antihistaminikum also auch lokal) und tabletten werden nicht so stark empfohlen.. denke mir vermutl benutzt du auch schon nasenspray aber falls nicht probiers mal aus

Finde es einfach krass, dass du dich auf 400m spezialisiert hast, weil es für mich einfach die anstrengendste Disziplin überhaupt ist. Mache selbst 5000m und 10000m, und finde das nicht so hart wie 400 :)
