Does The Reminder > Automatic in Follow up report form send the followup report to customer ? Or it sends a reminder to the internal user set in the Responsible field?

The automatic reminders are configured to be sent based on specific follow-up levels set in the system, ensuring that customers receive timely notifications about their overdue invoices. The reminder is not sent to the internal user set in the "Responsible" field. The "Responsible" field is typically used for internal tracking purposes, assigning a specific user to handle or oversee the follow-up process for a particular customer or set of invoices. The internal user responsible for the follow-up can manually manage and oversee the process, but the automatic reminders are directed towards the customers themselves . Hence, The "Reminder > Automatic" function in the Follow-up report form sends follow-up emails to customers about overdue invoices, not to the internal user.
