Pinoy superb musicianship on display. A tight and beautiful sounding band. The Grammy award winning Pauline Wilson, herself of Pinoy and Puerto Rican ancestry, sounding just as divine as in her Seawind days. Nakaka-proud!

Oh god what a beautiful song, this used to be my super favourite song during my highschool days..id been looking forward of hearing this song again and finally i just watched it now.. Pauline Wilson is such a great singer , im just trying to imagine how good she was with the band as a vocalist of seawind during her younger days but she still has it until now..

Great performance. Pauline’s best years were with Seawind 1980 pa lang magaling na siya. I The track I Need Your Love says it all. That rhythm section of the band Seawind were awesome but Filipinos are quite a talent as well. Ib ang galing ng mga variety of music then from Pop, Jazz, New Wave, Standards, wala kang itatapon. Miss those times.

@pastur06 You're right, she is half filipino. Her mom is from Siquijor. She went there to visit her family the first time Seawind went to Manila.

Thank you so much for posting this! I never had the chance to see Pauline live when she was singing with SEAWIND. Well, this is much later and it happened in Manila, but who cares. She's still an awesome singer with this one is probably one of the most beautiful songs of all times.

This is what I'm proud of being a Filipino! This really showcase Filipino's great musical talent. I'm not a musician but a superb music listener. This is the main reason why foreign artist love to perform concert in the Philippines. We got musical talents from singers, musicians and even with the back up vocalists whom we sadly seems to notice. Thanks Pauline and to all Filipino musicians for all your great musical talents. Filipino musicians are well known all over the world!

@pastur06 I thought she was full filipino but if you're visayan ....you're kinda mixed anyway. She's from the big island of Hawaii. She lives there now . I saw her at the Honokaa theater with an awesome jazz band. I couldn't believe it. I was front row in one of the best concerts I've ever seen for $15 in a tiny sleepy little country town on the hamakua coast. There's an underground jazz scene there . You wouldn't think it.

Here are the facts: Pauline Wilson, born and raised in Hawaii. Her father was Filipino-Chinese from the Visayan island of Siquijor. Her mother was Puerto Rican. Very much like Bruno Mars, born and raised in Hawaii, to a Puerto Rican father and to a Filipina mother. While the saxophonist Michael Paulo, also of Hawaii, has Filipino Dad and a Japanese mom. All three AMERICANS!
