Sometimes when I'm coming home from town Saturday night/Sunday morning he gets on the 86A at 5.37 am at Liverpool One with a few others everytime I'm there. They get off outside the school at the top of Smithdown. I've seen them with my own eyes. I think they live on Wendell Street. I don't think they've been here all that long tbh, maybe a year or so. That's when I first started to see them.

Do you know if the ones outside McDonalds in Lord Street are fake as well? EVERY DAY (usually around 8:30am - I'll be seeing them in 1h30 eurrgh) without fail there are 1-3 people (always the same people) hovering around and asking anyone who enters Maccies for a bit of spare change. Eurrgh and I can't even eat lunch on a public bench at times without one of these people approaching me! I used to be very kind with homeless people on the streets, and I'll be looking at donating to a charity now that I'm working more in the city centre, but ffs these guys are a complete joke how they collar me outside places (they also hover around cash machines as if I'm going to give them a crisp £10 note haha). And people wonder why the government are keen on things like the Vagrancy Act - I swear that legislation is in response to these people.
