HOW TO RIDE STEEP MTB TRACKS | CRASHING BIG AT CWMCARN
With COVID lockdown restrictions easing here in Wales, we headed for a ride at Cwmcarn. This was the first time our mate Danny has ridden some of the steep and technical tracks that Cwmcarn/Risca has. The conditions were far from ideal.
Danny unfortunately was in for a day of crashing. Thankfully all was well and no serious injuries were sustained.
This was our first time heading over to the Quarry side of Risca Bikepark in a long time also. Since riding there a while back, they have built a sizeable north shore drop. I tried my best to convince everyone to have a go, but the conditions were not favourable.

Thanks Rob! We all have to start off somewhere. Being left behind and having to catch up is no good to anyone. We have a few new riders in the group that are progressing so quickly. Hopefully that will reflect in upcoming videos. ( Although this week's video is full of crashes haha)
