In December i begin a monitored weighloss regime and gym membership. I'm fed up of being overweight and ill. I'm giving myself 2 yeard to totally turn myself around. :)

Great video. I have had migraines since i was 13 so at times I just can't eat, unless I want to see it a wee while later when being sick. Also smell is a migraine trigger for me and it has meant that I have a limited amount of food that I do eat and well being Scottish we fry a lot of the food we do eat. By the time I was in my 20's I was at 26st, thanks to the drugs to stop my migraines increasing my appetite. I then got a job as a parcel sorter and went down to 15st in 6 months as the job was basically an 8-14hr cardio and strength workout. I am loving using the log book but as I am very partially sighted at times I can not read what I have written down, is there a pdf version that can be filled in ?
