Dry ice is edible because it's water turned into solid just really really cold so is not melting and producing any liquid so it's dry and it sticks

Your explanation does make more sense. Yeah, because if you put hot water on ice, it would cracking right? Probably not advisable to eat it but, we inhale carbon like every single minute so I'm assuming nothing will happen...but if you end up dead, it wasn't me
