Dear Sir, i was baffled since the last one week by the way my body is. I was someone who could eat anything and everything in this planet. I have a stressor since last one month and i ate a lot of chips and junk. Since last 1 week I just cannot tolerate anything other than rice and buttermik. No cabbage, tea, wheat chapathis ,pulses etc. i get bloated and gassy. No i know, its my weakened gut.

Perfect timing, as always. Thanks Luke. Peanuts result in styes and wheat a rash under my brow... Sounds like it might be an allergy but I tested negative to coeliac a few years ago. Not sure. Lots of intolerances though 😐

Find out the root cause, it can be anything.. Sleep, food timings, emotions, going against circadian rhythm.. For me it was just my emotions which ran havoc in my whole system.. I had a sound health, but I was too emotional.. And my anxiety over issues which were not there in reality created a lot of Health problems.. Now I am on the path of recovery with help from Luke's inspiration and guidance 😊.. Still a long way to go but very much happy 😊😊 all the best to you 👍👍

@@dr.arpitakar436 Thanks Dr Arpitka Kar I may have got the solution from what you have written. Lately I have been doing intermittent fasting. Not just 16:8, but sometimes 20:4 and I also fasted for 40 hours. That causes irregular eating. I have lost weight because of it but it has also caused a lot of food insensitivity giving me stomach pains and gas when I eat. So, could this IF be the cause of it all?
