This is my Nara Smith 😂 !!! That chicken recipe loooooooks so good. I love your approach because I’ve forced myself to eat “healthy” but didn’t enjoy what I was eating so it didn’t last!! How do you decide what to eat when you are out?

Well first my ideal way to eat out is if I can’t make it better at home 😂 I love to try restaurants, do a happy hour etc. but I mostly eat out if it’s for an experience or occasion! I try not to eat out fast food and make/ prep most meals at home. Unless ofc when traveling, sometimes if cravings HIT or in situations when Its out of my control I don’t stress about it! But when I’m out I’ll order something I love or want to try! I try to have a well rounded lifestyle. I know if I’m eating healthy at home for most of my meals / majority of the week, I can fully enjoy a few meals out at a restaurant and not “restricting” is the best way to approach it that’s worked for me!
