That cheese dip would make a good sauce for chicken spaghetti. Toss in a can of of Rotel & spice it up with your favorite flavors. You can even toss in the drained and rinsed black beans for extra protein. I love pineapple! The dried cranberries and applesauce are great in oatmeal.

That's not brown sugar but brown bulghur, a parboiled wheat that's often used in turkish cuisine. You can prepare it like rice as a side dish or make couscous, taboulé, kisir (both grain salads) or vegetarian meat balls similar to falafel out of it. It's both healthy and delicious, enjoy!

make syrup from the brown sugar.. add the bag to two cups of water to make pancake syrup... it is good
