Do you have a way to calculate the profit from food crafting or potion? I do refining, potion and food crafting. As for refining i follow your guide and it help me make a few million. Already 100/100 on t4 hide refining because of your guide. As for now i use in game loadout system to find food or potion that profitable.

I sold them by transporting an X amount to the different royal cities and sold em.

Can you do food crafting without focus?

Yes you can but you will need to wait for the food crafting bonus first if you're not using focus. I do recommend you also do a bit of gathering on the side and ganking if you enjoy pvp as well.
