I assume most flipnote people no longer make flipnotes. Guitar still does a few animations, but mostly does art and music now and has moved away from the Epic & Guitar Characters. Dee is still active on Sudomemo. mr john has some stuff on Sudomemo but seems more active on his channel, may have moved on from making new stuff on DSi at least but there was a nice Flipnote 3D video he made on youtube. Don't know anything about the other few, I only watched Gizmo and some of Andrew myself.
