One of your best food videos! Such excellent lingering shots of the dishes in all their glory! I felt like I was there. Yes, I like fennel, and am growing it now on our lanai screened porch. Not sure how to tell when it's ready.

I have had and enjoy fennel, but I have never attempted to cook it myself. The cuisine all looked superb. Really amazing. I think this is your longest video? Very entertaining! You cannot beat a good food video!

It is my longest food video and there’s an upcoming food video in Lima. So much food 😂 My sister roasts fennels with olive oil and seasonings but I don’t always see fennel in our neighborhood supermarket.

That Syrah from Chile's Colchagua Valley is one of my favorites. Chile is one of those places where Syrah is at its height.

I am such a wine dork, that I even mix leftover wines, e.g., if some white is leftover in a bottle, mix it with white wine in a new bottle. And in answer to you comment, below, fennel is so rarely served. Enjoy when it is.

All the food looked so delicious! I especially liked the Salmon, Cod and Halibut. And to answer your question...... yes, I do like fennel and it looked very delicious on your plate. How does the food on this cruise compare to Viking and Ponant?

I think their food is better than Viking but totally different than Ponant because Ponant is more haute cuisine?

Wow amazing. I recall you mentioned there were only like 90 people on the ship. I don't see how they made any money with this kind of selection of food.

This cruise was a huge loss for them because they reimbursed everyone who wanted to cancel, 100%, and gave those of us who took the cruise, 50% back! The food was really wonderful and so yum. Particularly the fish and I am a finicky fish eater. 👍
