Food in Santander, Spain

Typical dish of the Cantabrian city of Santander is Cocido Montañés. As the the tradition goes, we stop if we can in every new city and try something typical for that city or the region. Cocido exist in every region of Spain. However very region tries to reinvent it their own way. In Santander we tried the Cantabrian Cocido Montañés. Plate looks messy, but oh my it tasted great. Absolutely loved it.
