Cold noodle was the one I love the most when I visit Korea last summer. I didn't expect so much, but was surprised bcoz the cold of the noodle goes so well with the hot weather. Simple but not simple in the same time. Hope I will have a chance to re-visit Korea one day, and enjoy cold noodle again...

해물이나 사골의 맛이 섞여 물냉면 육수는 감칠맛은 있던데 그런데 그런 맛은 모르겠고 잘 모르겠고 강하게 느껴지는 두가지 맛은 살짝나는 고향의 맛과 간장맛이 조화를 이루는 그런 맛. 그렇다고 엄청 맛있거나 맛이 없거나 하는 그런 맛이 아닌 중간 이상은 하는 것 같네요.
