@@Mittibh the bit I hate most.... chocolate is waterproof, so wiping a table just doesn't do it, I use a paint stripper heat gun :-)

lucky me, I get to do this all day long..... hate the cleaning up part though. It's always nice when people appreciate the huge amount of work that goes into making chocolates, last Christmas I made 52 flavours, 12000 chocolates in all.

Well. This kind of chocolate goes through a lot of work because this is pure quality and I am sure these taste like a piece of heaven but there are some chocolate that other companies do that taste like if they were playing with the ingredients in a garbage can and I know they don't go through all this beautiful and amazing work like this chocolate lol

This is so satisfying to watch. I can't help but wonder what happens to the excess chocolate bits that are scraped off? Can they be melted and reused? I hope so - it would be a shame to waste such delicious-looking chocolate (especially with all the work that went into melting and tempering it).

Just hot water and soap. Soaking the trays for a few minutes to warm them up, really helps.

@@susanjf2229 I never clean my molds with soap...just hot water..Soap will leave a film and taste...then wipe down with alcohol... like a vodka,etc..it evaporates but also disinfects

Hi, I'm from Indonesia. I have a little story about chocolate. So, since I was little, I always liked to eat chocolate. Whenever there is food that contains chocolate, I will definitely eat it. For some reason, suddenly one day I ate chocolate and I ended up having a stomachache. At that time I ate chocolate on an empty stomach, and often when I ate chocolate before eating rice, my stomach hurt. When I tried to see a doctor, the doctor said, if I have acid reflux and my stomach is slightly injured (maybe). The doctor also said I should eat less chocolate. But after I had another consultation, because the disease was still there, I was told to go on a chocolate diet. Well, like fasting eating chocolate maybe? Now I haven't eaten chocolate for more than 1 year, finally I tried to eat chocolate (because I have missed eating chocolate for a long time) and at that time my stomach was still empty, so I didn't eat rice or anything else. And the results are quite surprising, because I also don't believe it myself, finally I can eat chocolate again even though I haven't eaten. Hahaha I was very happy that day
