The thing that I'm amazed with korean people is that they're willing to spend a lot of times for fancy and colorful stuffs like this. Their effort of making it looks pretty and the times they put in it really make it worth. They're so dedicated and didn't ridicule fancy foods like this. It's a really good way to encourage young people to pursue baking industries.

황치즈 마카롱을 저렇게 만드는 곳은 처음이네요.. 보통 황치즈 앙글레즈 버터크림에 크래커나 뽀또 과자를 끼워서 판매하는게 대부분인데, 저 집은 진짜 치즈에 또 크림치즈 필링까지 만드시니……. 꼭 한번 가봐야 겠습니다 정성이 장난이 아니네요

아 여기 김천에서 유명한 마카롱집ㅋㅋ 가게도 예뻐요! 여기 맛있어서 가끔 지인들 택배로도 먹어보라고 선물해주고 그랬었는데 ㅎㅎ 지금도 줄 서서 마카롱 사는지 모르겠네용 예전엔 줄 길게 서있고 인기 많았던 기억이 ㅎㅎ 이렇게 만드시는 지 처음 알았어요! 지금은 이사가서 못가는데 나중에 가면 한번 들리겠습니다 ㅎㅎ

I make traditional french macarons and the only thing that resembles them here are the actual wafers, themselves. The filling is far too thick and they don't get topped with anything, especially not a big hunk of filling and a grape! It's so interesting to see the way different countries take traditional recipes and make them their own. These are almost totally unrecognizable as compared to traditional french ones.

I was thinking that too! French style macarons are defo my favourite because the filling is VERY sweet and I like to enjoy the meringue too (too much filling can overpower and ruin it!)

@@seraasmr2295 I actually agree, the topping is too much. Also the cookies in a Korean style macaron are harder than a traditional one. The iver mix the batter knocking a lot of the air out, also the cookies are way flatter than a traditional one.
