I started with a detox, intermittent fasting for the first few weeks. Following the alkaline diet strictly. No meat, dairy or sugar for the first three months. I used some of the detox herbs. Using the book Alkaline Herbal Medicine by Aqyls Aniys as a guide. This book is dedicated to Dr. Sebi. It is a must have if you want to change your health. Some of the herbs are hard to find. I do supplement with bone broth and plant protein a few times a week. I still follow the alkaline diet but at least once or twice a week I have a small amount of organic chicken or grass fed beef. I believe everything dr. Sebi said. She made a lot of sense when she was talking about mucus. I'm living my best life now for the past several years. I change my way of eating and the mucus is gone.
