Hi Uncle Chris those grapes that you don't care for you can put in your freezer and when it gets really cold like in February they make a nice little snack or wash them up put on Pokemon off the stem and put them in a bowl or your guests to eat that's another little confident to your dinner. Gingerbread baked oatmeal for Xmas! Or apple cinnamon oatmeal. I like to make a French toast bake with a French bread or similar and with blueberries in my freezer. Need recipes for either let me know. You have good plans for the entertaining and holidays. I always do corn bread with cornbread. You can do Turkey breast on top of stuffing in the crockpot for Xmas or even new years. You got some great stuff. I had a couple more ideas I will send later for your goodies. Sounds like you got some good stuff anyways.

Pumpkin make pumpkin bread maybe or a pumpkin sage cream sauce for pasta is super yummy. I’ve done seafood dinner for Xmas but it was back when I wasn’t struggling financially lol. Maybe the smoked salmon dip for a Christmas Eve snack? Re the pasta, I got some manicotti pasta a month or two ago and keep intending to make traditional cheese stuffed manicotti but intimidated by the tube stuffing process. I saw someone just load the cheese mixture in a baggie and snip the corner off to load it faster but it seems like a mess and a disaster waiting to happen.

With the turkey breast I would butterfly it fill with stuffing roll it up tie it up with butcher twine very tightly so it wont fall apart. Very nice to pass on the bounty to others in need.
