Food Plot Shorts - Pure Live Seed

Recommended planting rates for deer food plots are based on pure live seed (PLS). However, most hunters/land managers fail to account for this when planting their food plots, resulting in a poor stand and less biomass production than expected. While PLS is usually not a big issue when planting cereal grains (cereal rye, wheat, oats) it is especially important when planting coated seed such as many clovers.

Great video. Some companies will sell as so many pounds of PLS. The bag will weigh more, but you get the amount of seed you wanted.

I couldn't find a video relating to cold front movement. Have you ever extrapolated any data from your gps studies regarding deer movement pre/post cold front? If not, could be a good project for an intern
