From production to consumption, not all food is equal. In this session, learn about the impact of climate change on our food systems across the U.S. and the world. Duke researchers will discuss what could be done to improve access to nutritional, affordable food by examining current agricultural practices, business challenges that create “food deserts” and novel solutions to level the food playing field.
