Hello sir, Can you please help me out with some of my queries ? I am planning on making curry paste and selling them. I am adding spices and the basics like onions, garlic and tomato. After doing some research i found out that tomatoes don’t last very long unless cooked in a can. I am thinking of packing my cooked curry paste by vacuum sealing it in a plastic. How can i preserve it for at least a year? Especially the tomatoes in it. I would be very thankful if you could help me out.
