Good morning dear Ravenna. My kitchen (US kitchens are very different.) It would be nice if there were the separated kitchen area like you have. I have a spare BR where I am putting many of my packaging items for leftovers. I am in the process of getting the shelves up now. I hope some of your ideas will assist me as I go with the organizing. I use canning jars for almost everything, but also have glass and food safe plastic organizers. They need a home that is out of the kitchen. My organizing is long term as my age changes and my diet evolves. Do you still have a kitchen upstairs for your dad? Have you ever heard of a Nuwave oven (elite). It is a fryer, broiler, baker, oven, etc and that is what I use. It really does not have a great home except on my island. I also am in the process of filtering and then distilling all of my drinking and cooking water for me and my dog. It takes up a lot of space and will stay in the kitchen breakfast nook area because it needs the water source to be efficient. BTW, those sandwiches look delicious. Never thought of putting apples on mine, but what a great idea. I make much of my own bread (grain free) - and have found a source or organic lunch meats recently and again enjoying some sandwiches. Do you put basil in your tomato soup? It is so delicious. Paninis were a 'thing' in the U.S. about 30 years ago and like the rice cookers, they went away. In the South at least, I think that pancakes and waffles are favored more. And, we do have appliances made just to brown up sandwiches, very simple and very fast. QUESTION: The appliances seem to be in a very enclosed area. Is that safe? Do they not make any external heat?

Hi dearie. Glad to see you are doing well. The air fryer has the required distance from the back so no issue there. I do get brown residue on the top but it cleans off easily enough.

Hi! As long as there is a gap for the air to circulate, there Is no problem. We have 8” and I’ve been having it there for more than 2 years, without any issue. Though sadly, my microwave bit the dust yesterday.
