First of all with all respect I say I did degree and post graduate study in this field , this is the most underrated industry (less salary)in the world . May be after 20 years you get a good hike, but in my experience this is not a great course

I have completed b.sc and m.sc food tech .frankly speaking this course is not a good choice at all if you are looking for private sector jobs .Less job oppurtunities as well as less salary scale. You will have to work for many years to get promotion as well as an increase in salary too. Another fact is that most company prefers male staff rather than females . If you are redy to study hard and attain job , this would be best to get govt jobs in food related field. So think before choosing this course .

This profession was well paid before and now the salary of quality and labours are same in company. Its less paid career now. എനിക്ക് പറയാനുള്ളത് ഈ കോഴ്സ് എടുക്കാതിരിക്കുന്നത് ആയിരിക്കും നല്ലത് കാരണം ഈ കോഴ്സ് എടുത്ത് നാല് വർഷം വെറുതെ പാഴാക്കാൻ സാധിക്കും നമ്മുടെ പൈസ പോകുന്നത് മെച്ചംഈ കോഴ്സ് സാധാരണ കുട്ടികൾ എടുക്കുന്നത് ഫുഡ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടർ ആകാം എന്നൊക്കെ പറഞ്ഞ് ആണ് പക്ഷേ ഫുഡ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടർ ആവാനുള്ള വേക്കൻസി വളരെ കുറവാണ്പിന്നെ എനിക്ക് പറയാനുള്ളത് ഈ കോഴ്സിൽ ഗവർമെൻറ് ജോലികൾ കിട്ടാൻ സാധ്യതയില്ല ഈ കോഴ്സുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് ഒരു ഗവർമെൻറ് ജോലികളും ഇല്ല ഈ കോഴ്സ് പഠിച്ച് ഇറങ്ങുന്ന കുട്ടികൾക്ക് പ്രൈവറ്റ് കമ്പനികളിൽ ജോലി കിട്ടുംഉദാഹരണം ആശിർവാദിന്റെ കമ്പനിപാർലേജി ബിസ്ക്കറ്റ് കമ്പനിഈസ്റ്റേൺ കറി മസാല കമ്പനിഈ കമ്പനികളിൽ താഴ്ന്ന ജോലികൾ കിട്ടുംഇങ്ങനെ കിട്ടുന്ന ജോലികൾ പ്രൈവറ്റ് ആയതുകൊണ്ട് ഏത് സമയം വേണേലും തെറിക്കുംഎൻറെ ഒരു സുഹൃത്ത് ഈ കോഴ്സ് ആയിരുന്നു എടുത്തത് 4 വർഷം വെറുതെ പാഴാക്കി 7 ലക്ഷം രൂപ മുടങ്ങിഈ കോഴ്സ് എടുക്കുന്നതിലും ഭേദം ഡിഗ്രിക്ക് പോന്നതാണ്😌
