Food Tour in Batu Pahat, Malaysia 🇲🇾

After leaving Taiwan, Vanessa and I flew back to Kuala Lumpur and took a bus to Batu Pahat to stay with some of Vanessa's friends and to relax after a long month and a half of cycling in Taiwan. We needed it! Before we left Batu Pahat and continued on our journey, I wanted to share with you some of the best places that we ate during our stay there.

In Taiwan there is the same peanut styles crispy pancake , it is also a traditional dessert in Taiwan. I used to eat it when I was a child. Min Jiang Kueh is also its Taiwanese pronunciation. It’s amazing. It's great to watch your video again, thank you very much for sharing! 👍🤩🙌 P. S. In fact, Taiwan took a very interesting name from its pronunciation: pancakes without frying. In fact, Min Jiang is a river in Fujian, which should be its birthplace; Kueh is cake. Those who have studied phonetics and Taiwanese should understand what I said more easily!

traffic in towns of malaysia are quite moderate and easy to cycle around as seen in this video. i had twice cycle in kuala lumpur and i find it very easy and fun to cycle within the city despite being the capital of the country.

Cendol in malaysia is ethnic indian origin as i bought from them since i was a child. Food influence by indian (and chinese) are strong here.
