Don't let it get to that dirty and the cleanup is much simpler. Still a bit of work but not so much build up. There is also a deep fryer screen on the market that could catch more crumbs before they sink to the bottom of the fryer.

We bought this trailer used and this is how dirty it was when we bought it. hard to believe they let it get this bad, but like you said, now that it is clean it will be easier to keep clean. I will look for that screen, that will really help.

How could you install and remove such a screen around those flues without distorting it and having the crumbs fall off into the basin? Unless there's a sealed access cover I don't know about?

Great video! Quick question: how do you get in between the cylinder looking things inside the fryer? More specifically where the thermostat probes are? We have a lot of build up in that area, but it’s a hard to get tight space Thank you

It wasn't near as bad as the rest of the fryer, but we did clean it.

Do you have any advice on what equipment I should buy to transport hot oil Out of Deep fryer after finishing at a food festival? It takes so long for the deep fryers to cool down if I leave the oil in there.
